Privacy is core to Nouri. The principle: your health data belongs to you.

How Nouri handles your data

• On your device. Your profile, meals, drinks, sleep, and weight live on your iPhone and — if you enable iCloud — in your own private iCloud. Nouri's company can't access it.
• Apple Health stays local. Anything read from HealthKit never leaves your device.
• AI on-device first. Coach insights and meal-plan ideas run locally on your iPhone using Apple Foundation Models.
• Cloud AI only when needed. Photo and text meal recognition send just that single input to the analysis service for one-off processing — nothing is stored as user history.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. No third-party SDKs harvesting your data.
• You're in control. Revoke any permission in iOS Settings; reset all local data anytime.

• Profile → Privacy — manage AI settings and data sharing.
• iOS Settings → Privacy → Health — control what Nouri can read or write.
• Reset local data — clear your data right from the app.
