Nouri uses a calm freemium model — no aggressive paywalls. Core tracking is free; AI depth is the premium layer.

What Premium unlocks

Plus and Pro unlock the richer Nouri cloud AI:

• Deeper, more personalized Coach briefings
• Full cloud recipes with complete ingredients and steps

Tier names and prices may change. You'll see the current terms right in the app on the subscription screen.

Managing your subscription

• Open Profile to see your current tier or upgrade.
• Purchases and renewals go through your Apple ID. Cancel or change your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• You can restore purchases from the subscription screen in the app.

Common questions

• Do I lose my data if I cancel? No. Your logged data stays; only the premium AI features are turned off.
• Do I need Premium to use Nouri meaningfully? No. Logging, rings, and basic insights are free.
